This Privacy Policy describes how Real AI McCoy and ImagineerLabs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use, and protect information when you visit realaimccoy.com, contact us, or use our on-premise products and services — including social publishing features that connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok.

1. Who we are

Real AI McCoy provides sovereign, private AI infrastructure and related software tools operated for business customers. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information you submit (name, email, phone, message) via our website forms.
• Technical data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and basic analytics events when you visit our marketing site.
• Account and operational data inside a customer’s own Real AI McCoy building (local deployment), which generally remains on that customer’s hardware.
• Connected social account data when an authorized owner connects a platform (for example TikTok) inside SOCMED Studio / Nexus.

3. TikTok and other social connections

If you connect TikTok (or another supported network) through our product, we receive only the data needed to authenticate and operate the features you enable. For TikTok Login Kit / Content Posting integrations, that may include:

• TikTok open ID / account identifiers
• Display name, username, and avatar URL
• OAuth access and refresh tokens
• Scopes you approve (for example profile info and video publish permissions)
• Content you choose to publish (captions, media) and related publish status

We use this information solely to connect your account, publish content you approve, and maintain or troubleshoot the integration. We do not sell TikTok user data. We do not use TikTok data to train public AI models. Tokens and profile data for a building are stored in that building’s local runtime storage under the customer’s control.

You can disconnect TikTok at any time in SOCMED Studio. You may also revoke access in your TikTok account settings. After disconnect/revoke, we stop using those tokens for new actions.

4. How we use information

• To respond to sales and support inquiries
• To operate, secure, and improve our services
• To publish or schedule social content you explicitly authorize
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run the marketing site or email delivery, with platform providers you connect (such as TikTok when you authorize posting), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

Contact-form messages are retained as needed to respond to you and keep business records. Connected-account tokens and publish logs are retained on the customer building until disconnected, deleted by an authorized operator, or otherwise purged under that building’s retention practices.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the service (encryption in transit, access controls, and local-first architecture for customer buildings). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion of contact data by emailing us
• Disconnect social accounts in-product or revoke them at the platform
• Stop using the website or product at any time

9. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
