The Services are intended for businesses and authorized adult operators. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization and to connect any social accounts you authorize.

2. Our Services

We provide sovereign AI infrastructure concepts, marketing information, consultation intake, and software features (including SOCMED Studio / Nexus) that help customers create and publish content to platforms they connect. Features available depend on your deployment and configuration.

3. Accounts and connected platforms

• You are responsible for credentials and access control on your building and accounts.
• When you connect TikTok or another platform, you authorize us to use the permissions you grant solely to provide the connected features (for example reading basic profile info and publishing content you approve).
• You must comply with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and developer policies (including TikTok’s).
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, or publish.
• You may disconnect a platform at any time in the product or by revoking access at the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when publishing
• Abuse platform APIs or exceed authorized scopes

5. Intellectual property

Our site design, branding, documentation, and software remain our property or that of our licensors. Content you upload or publish remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you use.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your connected accounts, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or platform rules.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time and disconnect integrations.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
